Robotic Commander 7

In the near future where everything is automated. Few really brilliant scientists from "Art Station" in some part of India has came up with a brilliant plan to automate the crime control across the country. The HIRC(highly intelligent robotic commander) of class II. The robot was made to maintain peace with zero damage to the livings. (Inspired from chappie, treasure planet).
